Shipping Policy

 

To deliver your phone to our store, there are 2 options. You can avail a ‘Pick-up from Store’ at $0.00 or avail our flat rate shipping of $10 (1 – way) and $20 (2 – way shipping). You can select a desired shipping service, but we urge you to use one, such as FEDEX or UPS, that allows you to track your package delivery. We will not take responsibility for equipment lost or damaged while shipping.

Once we’re done repairing your cell phone, we will send your phone back via USPS Priority Mail. Alternatively, if you want to use a quicker method, or if you desire the package to be shipped back on your shipping account, kindly get in touch with us so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.

We email your ‘order confirmation’ receipt to you shortly after you make your ‘repair service’ purchase. This will include your contact details and specifics of your purchase. Please ensure that you include a copy of your ‘order confirmation’ receipt along with your phone.

Note: You will need to use your order confirmation number for contacting us regarding your order. You must also include this number in all your correspondence.

Our Cellphone repair services have a limited 30-day warranty starting from the day your phone ships from our repair location. This warranty only applies to the specific repair carried out on your cell phone. Liquid-damage, tampering and abuse will void all warranties.
